Situation |
I was exposed to the atomic bomb at work. There was a flash of light, after which the windowpanes shattered and a yellow smoke came in. I was wounded in the chest by the glass and burnt on my right hand. My desk was moved from the east to the west side of the room. I returned to my house in Danbara and received treatment for my injuries. Three days later, my younger sister returned home with burns on her back. She said it was itching so we peeled off the dressing to find it crawling with maggots. |
