| Description | Hundreds of A-bomb victims, all floating face down on the river, had drifted to the Tokaichi-machi side of Aioi Bridge. I unconsciously clasped my hands in prayer toward the corpses with tears flowing down my cheeks. I can’t get this memory out of my mind. |
