| Description | The donor's father, Keitaro Kambara (then, 57), was exposed at Uchikoshi-cho, roughly 2,000 meters from the hypocenter. He was trapped under the fallen building but rescued by a Union staff member. At the end of November 1945, he began finishing up union business, managing assets, sending out condolence money and holding memorial services. |
