| Description | Donor: Hiroshi Yamashita, Toshio Yamashita The post-mortem inspection record of Mr. Seiichi Yamashita (35 years old at the time), the donor's father. Seiichi was atomic bombed at home, 1,380 m from the hypocenter, and passed away. His wife Sachiko had evacuated to Okayama with their three children, so there was no way of knowing how Seiichi died. The post-mortem inspection record says that he passed away at home due to burns on August 6th at 8:30 am. These were found in the drawers of the family altar after Sachiko had passed away in 2015. |
