| Description | Noboru Nagaoka(37) was exposed in the vicinity of Ote-machi8-chome,about 1,100 meters from the hypocenter.He was just returning to his shop from a visit to his family,who had evacu-asted to the suburds.His wife,Haruko and mother,Yuki,began looking for him the next day.They him in a relief station on Ninoshima Island and cared for him devotedly,but Noboru died on August 20.Yuki died in October due to her exposure from entering the city soon after the bombing. |
