| Description | Clothing ration ticket and savings ticket Donated by Yutaka Masumura Takayuki Masumura (then 5) was exposed to the atomic bomb while he and his mother waited for his father at Yokogawa Station. His mother died when the walls of the station building collapsed in the blast, and fell on her. Takayuki was showered with shattered glass pieces. Someone heard him crying and evacuated him from the area. Those glass pieces remained in his body for a long time, and were finally removed much later. This clothing ration ticket and savings ticket were held by his mother on behalf of young Takayuki. |
