| Description | First-year student at Municipal Shipbuilding Junior High School Yukitoshi Masuda (then 12) was exposed to the bomb at his building demolition worksite. On the morning of the 10th, his father Teruo, an army draftee, took a day's leave and returned home to find that Yukitoshi was missing. He searched the city for a week, but never found the body. Yukitoshi's last remains consisted only of this bag and his air-raid hood, delivered by a neighbor on the 7th. |
