| Description | Setsuko Miyamoto (then 14) was a second-year student at Hakushima Middle School. She was exposed to the bomb on the way to her building demolition work site in Tsurumi-cho. Despite severe burns, she made her way home to Hakushima Kuken-cho. She died on August 31. |
