| Description | Tsutomu Doguro (then, 20), a student at Hiroshima Technical College, was exposed to the bomb in Ote-machi 8-chome, 1,200 m of the hypocenter, on the way to the factory where he was mobilized. On August 9, his neighbor found him immobile in front of the Hiroshima Red Cross Hospital. Learning of Tsutomu’s whereabouts, his parents took him home and constantly cared for him. However, he died on August 27. |
