This statue had been kept in NAKAMURA Haruo’s (aged 42) house in Nakahiro-machi. His house was burnt down. His daughter Keiko (aged 15), who experienced the atomic bombing at the student mobilization worksite, passed away on the 8th, and his wife Mutsuko (aged 36) remains missing.
After the war, this statue of Daikokuten was given to his relative Kido and has been cherished until today.
