| 内容 | 築田直枝さん(当時17歳)は、広島県衛生課に栄養士及び保健婦として勤務しており、爆心地から約460mの袋町国民学校3階の窓際か、爆心地から約900mの県庁で被爆、ガラス片を浴びた。比治山から江波、似島、草津と移動し、最終的には安佐郡大林村に引き取られたが、8月23日死亡した。 |

| 展示説明文 | 病状日誌 ／ 火葬認許証 築田直枝さん（当時17歳）は広島県衛生課に栄養士・保健婦として勤務していました。被爆後、比治山から江波、似島、草津と移動し、最後には安佐郡大林村の奥谷鍼灸科療院で8月23日に亡くなりました。大林村で看護した人が、築田さんが運ばれた8月19日から23日までの病状日誌を残しており、被爆場所は爆心地から1,100mの中島国民学校3階であったと書かれています。末尾には「及ばざる看護、治療を深くお詫び致します」と記しています。死亡の翌日、火葬認許証が発行されました。 寄贈／築田 博 |
| 展示説明文（英語） | Diary of illness and cremation certificate Naoe Tsukuda (then, 17) worked in Hiroshima Prefecture's Health Division as a dietician and public health nurse. After the atomic bombing, she was moved from Hijiyama Hill to Eba, Ninoshima Island, and Kusatsu, before finally passing away at Okutani Acupuncture Clinic in Obayashi Village, Asa County on August 23. The person who cared for her at Obayashi Village kept a diary of her illness from August 19 (the day that Naoe was brought there) until August 23. It is recorded in the diary that Naoe was exposed to the bomb on the 3rd floor of Nakajima Elementary School, 1,100m from the hypocenter. At the end of the diary is written 'I apologize deeply for the inadequate care and treatment.' On the day after her death, a cremation certificate was issued. Donated by Hiroshi Tsukuda |
