| 内容 | 寄贈者が出生した際の妊産婦手帳。 原爆投下時、寄贈者（当時2歳）は母親のヨシエさん（当時30歳）とともに千田町一丁目の自宅で被爆し、ヨシエさんは亡くなった。父親の現六さん（当時31歳）は、ヨシエさんの遺体にヨシエさんが一番好きだった着物を着せて火葬した。 この妊産婦手帳は、現六さんの実家に疎開させた荷物の中にあったため焼けずに残ったもの。 |

| 展示説明文 | 元安ヨシエさん 当時30歳 千田町一丁目 爆心地から1.59ｋm 自宅の２階で被爆。 ガラスの破片で顔に致命傷を受け、助け出された時には、すでに冷たくなっていました。 夫は、ヨシエさんに一番好きだった着物を着せて、男泣きに泣きました。 そしてヨシエさんに別れを告げ、家ごと燃やしました。 元安節子さん 当時２歳 千田町一丁目 爆心地から1.59ｋm 母・ヨシエさんの後を追って、階段を上がったところで被爆。 梁などの下敷きになりましたが、近所の人が引っ張り出しました。 顔の右半分から首にかけて火傷をおい、戦後、皮膚移植を受けました。 妊産婦手帳 寄贈：上村節子（旧姓：元安） 節子さんのお手紙より： 手帳を見ると物資がないことがよく分かります。 そんな中で大きく生んでくれて母の愛を感じます。 私がひっぱりだされた時、母が「電気の線があるので気をつけて」と言ったとか。それが最後の言葉に。 死を待つ時間、私を助け出してもらったことは分かっていたはずなので、ちょっとだけ笑顔になれたのではと思います。 |
| 展示説明文（英語） | Yoshie Motoyasu Then 30 Senda-machi 1-chome 1.59km from the hypocenter Yoshie Motoyasu was exposed to the atomic bombing on the second floor of her house. Yoshie suffered a mortal wound on her face from broken glass and was already cold when she was pulled out. Her husband dressed her in her favorite kimono and burst into tears. Having said good-bye to Yoshie, he burned their house down in its entirety. Setsuko Motoyasu Then 2 Senda-machi 1-chome 1.59km from the hypocenter Right after Setsuko went upstairs following her mother Yoshie, the atomic bomb was dropped. Though trapped under beams and other debris, she was pulled out by some neighbors. She suffered burns on her body, from the right half of her face to her neck, for which she underwent skin grafting after the war. I feel my mother’s love in that I was born as a healthy baby under such conditions. I learned later that when our neighbors were pulling me out, my mother warned them, saying “There are electric cables around here, so be careful.” These were her last words. While she was waiting to die, she must have known that I had been rescued, which I hope made her smile even a little. |
