He lost his father, Chojiro (then, 52), mother, Sue (then, 47), and younger sister, Setsuko, (then, 20) in the atomic bombing. Death notice of Harukichi Katsuma's mother, Sue Katsuma. She experienced the bombing from their home in Tate-machi and died on the 6th. |
