| 内容 | 森田昭(もりたあきら)さん(当時17歳)は、勤務先である上天満町(爆心地から1400m)の工場で被爆。朝礼をすませ、トイレから出たとたんのことだった。倒壊した建物の下敷きになったが、なんとか抜け出し、同僚とともに、パンツ一枚の姿で黒い雨が降る中、己斐まで逃げた。8月8日にこの罹災証明書の発行を受け、おにぎりとたくわんをもらい、己斐駅から実家のある下関に帰った。大怪我を負っており、背中の傷跡にはうじ虫がわき、大変苦しんだ。 |

| 展示説明文（英語） | Akira Morita (then, 17), the donor's friend, was exposed at the factory where he worked in Kami-tenma-cho, about 1,400 meters from the hypocenter. Although he suffered severe wounds when the building collapsed, Akira and a co-worker struggled desperately and managed to pull themselves free, emerging into the black rain. He received this disaster certificate on August 8 and traveled from Koi Station to his home in Shimonoseki, suffering tremendous pain from the maggots that infested his severely wounded back. |
