| 展示説明文 | パンフレット｢廣島縣の物産(広島県産業奨励館)｣ 寄贈／吉本和之氏 被爆前の広島県産業奨励館のパンフレット｡祖父の吉本三良兵衛(よしもと さぶろべい)さんが広島へ行った際に入手したものと思われます｡ 1915年(大正4年)8月､｢広島県物産陳列館｣として開館した建物は､物産の展示・卸売､美術展覧会､博覧会などが行われていました｡1933年(昭和8年)には｢広島県産業奨励館｣と改称され､戦時中は官公庁などの事務所として使用されました｡原爆投下により大破全焼し､その形からいつしか｢原爆ドーム｣と呼ばれるようになりました｡ |
| 展示説明文（英語） | Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall Donated by Kazuyuki Yoshimoto Saburobei Yoshimoto, the donor's grandfather, probably received this pamphlet of the Hall before the bombing when he visited Hiroshima. The Hiroshima Prefectural Commercial Exhibition Hall opened in August of 1915 and held product and art exhibits, expositions, and wholesale markets. In 1933, it was renamed the Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall and was used as an office for government administration during the war. It was heavily damaged and completely burned out as a result of the atomic bombing, and it wasn't long before it became known as the Atomic Bomb Dome. |
