| 内容 | 寄贈者新具文子さん(当時32歳)の夫信男さん(当時39歳)は、爆心地から380メートルの袋町の日本銀行広島支店3階にあった勤務先の広島財務局で被爆した。2階から落ちて負傷、大竹市内の学校に収容された。文子さんは6日すぐに入市して信男さんを捜し歩き、7日になって信男さんと再会した。8日には信男さんは歩いて祇園町の自宅に帰った。しかし10日ぐらい後から歩行困難になり、発熱して髪の毛が抜け、8月末に死亡した。これは信男さんのために作ったもので、自宅にあったもの。本人は一度も手を通すことはなく、妻と二人の子供を残し、亡くなった。 |

| 展示説明文（英語） | Nobuo Shingu (then, 39) was exposed to the A-bomb in the offices of the Hiroshima Finance Bureau on the third floor of the Hiroshima Branch of the Bank of Japan. He fell from the second floor and was injured. He was taken in and cared for at a school in Otake. His wife Fumiko (then, 32) walked around extensively looking for Nobuo and found him on the 7th. On the 8th, Nobuo walked back to his home in the outskirts of Hiroshima, but by about 10th days later he was no longer able to walk. He developed a high fever. His hair fell out. He died near the end of August. Fumiko made this shirt for Nobuo, but he never wore it even once. |
