| 内容 | 自宅の庭に掘っていた、半地下式防空壕の中に埋めていたもの。被爆により自宅は全焼、この防空壕だけが焼け残っていた。この灯火管制用電球は、側面に色が塗られ底面から光を発する仕組みになっており、空襲時など、屋内の証明が戸外に漏れないよう考案されたもの。 |

| 展示説明文（英語） | This light bulb was buried in the semi-underground air-raid shelter in the donor's yard. The atomic bombing completely destroyed the house but left the air-raid shelter. The sides of this blackout light bulb were painted so that light would emit from the bottom only. The purpose was to prevent household light from escaping outside during air raids. |
