| 内容 | 1945(昭和20)年当時、三浦家は、父の繁之さん(当時39歳)の実家があった古市へ疎開していた。 ８月６日、広島市立第一高等女学校一年生だった長女の圭子さん(当時13歳)は、学徒動員先であった木挽町付近の建物疎開作業現場で被爆。翌７日帰ってこない圭子さんを心配した父の繁之さんと母のフミヨさん(当時34歳)は、まだ幼かった次男の有二さんと三男の文夫さんを連れて、入市した。地獄のような惨状の中で、必死に圭子さんを捜したが見つからず、眠れない夜を過ごした繁之さんたちは、８日も朝早くから圭子さんを捜しに入市した。 方々捜し、相生橋東側のがんぎで圭子さんに似た遺体を見つけた父の繁之さんは、認識票から圭子さんを確認し、男泣きした。その後、いったん疎開先の古市に帰り、棺を作った父の繁之さんや長男の一成さん(当時14歳)が圭子さんのもとへ戻ると、遺体整理員から遺体が腐敗しているので火葬するよう言われた。 繁之さんらは、現在の国際会議場付近で圭子さんを荼毘に付し、９日、家族みんなで圭子さんの骨を拾い、灰を本川へ流した。花びんは、戦後、荒神町の自宅に戻った際に、父の繁之さんか、長男の一成さんが見つけたもの。自宅は焼けてコンクリートの土台だけが残っていた。 |

| 展示説明文 | 花びん 寄贈/三浦繁之[ミウラ シゲユキ] 爆心地から2,100m 荒神町[コウジンマチ] 全焼した自宅焼け跡で見つけたものです｡当時､三浦家は､繁之さん(当時39歳)の実家があった郊外へ疎開していました｡8月6日､広島市立第一高等女学校一年生だった繁之さんの長女･圭子[ケイコ]さん(当時13歳)は､学徒動員先であった建物疎開作業現場(木挽町[コビキチョウ] 爆心地から500m)で被爆｡帰ってこない圭子さんを心配した繁之さんと妻･フミヨさん(当時34歳)は､まだ幼い二男と三男を連れて入市しました｡地獄のような惨状の中で､必死に圭子さんを捜索､8日に圭子さんの遺体を発見しました｡繁之さんが､当時の様子を書き残しています｡｢方々捜していると､本川にたくさん焼死体が浮いていたので､この中に居るのではないかと思って相生橋東側に(あった遺体が圭子さんに)よく似ていると思って､認識表を見るに､『三浦圭子､市女一年生』と書いてありました｡その時の情けなさは､言葉では言えませんでした｡わたしはその時40歳でしたが､男泣きに泣きました｡国の為､君の為と言って､14歳の少女は､散って行きました｡｣ |
| 展示説明文（英語） | Flower vase Donated by Miura Shigeyuki 2,100m from the hypocenter Kojin-machi This vase was found in the burned out ruins of a house. At the time of the bombing, the Miuras evacuated to the familial home of Shigeyuki (then, 39) in the suburbs. On August 6, his oldest daughter, Keiko (then, 13), was a first-year student at First Municipal Girls High School who had been mobilized to a building demolition site in Kobiki-cho (500m from the hypocenter) where she experienced the atomic bombing. Worried about their daughter who hadn’t returned, Shigeyuki and his wife, Fumiyo (then, 34), entered the city with their two infant sons. They searched desperately among the hellish calamity for Keiko, finding her remains on the 8th. Shigeyuki left a written account of that day. “After looking here and there, we went to the Honkawa River thinking she might be there because there were a lot of burned corpses floating in the river. On the east side of the Aioi Bridge, we spotted a corpse (that looked a lot like her), and when we checked the ID, it said Keiko Miura Municipal Girls Year 1. I can’t put the misery I felt then into words. I was 40 at the time and wept in spite of myself. A 14-year old girl lost her life for country, for emperor. |
