The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum stores a variety of materials related to the atomic bombing. Clothes and wristwatches worn by victims; roof tiles melted by the heat; glass bottles, rice bowls and coins that melted into barely recognizable lumps―A-bomb artifacts like these convey the reality the damage caused by the atomic bombing in Hiroshima.
