| Description | This stonework belonged to the second-floor balcony of the Sanyo Museum, located next to the Former Bank of Japan, Hiroshima Branch. The bank building to the immediate west sheltered the museum from the direct impact of the bomb blast. The museum, nevertheless, had all of its roof tiles blown away, and was gutted by the fire. |
