| Description | Rice Bowl Donated by Kazunari Kono 900m from the hypocenter Koami-cho An aunt of the donor, Yoneko Murakami, dug this out from the burnt ruins of her house. Yoneko's family had taken to evacuating to a house in the suburbs at night so they were unhurt. When they returned home after the bombing, they found everything burned to ash except this bowl buried under the kitchen floor. |
