| 展示説明文 | 戸籍証明書 寄贈／新保英夫氏 新保安夫さん一家は原爆により6人全員が亡くなりました｡兄の英夫さん(当時42歳)は､被爆して大火傷を負った安夫さん(当時39歳)と安夫さんの長男勝之さん(当時7歳)を発見し､｢死なせはせんぞ｣と二人を必死で看病しましたが､翌7日､二人とも苦しみながら息を引き取りました｡自宅で食事中に被爆した妻豊子さん(当時33歳)､二男進さん(当時3歳)､二女文子さん(当時1歳)は､倒壊した自宅の下敷きになって圧死､また長女の道子さん(当時6歳)も､収容先で亡くなりました｡ |
| 展示説明文（英語） | Family register certificate Donation / Hideo Shinpo Yasuo Shinpo and all five members of his family were killed by the atomic bomb. Yasuo’s elder brother Hideo (then 42) found Yasuo (then 39) and Yasuo’s first son Katsuyuki (then 7). Both had sustained serious burns from the bomb. Hideo said, “I won’t let you die,” and nursed them to the best of his ability, but they both breathed their last in agony the next day (the 7th). Yasuo’s wife Toyoko (then 33), his second son Susumu (then 3) and second daughter Fumiko (then 1) were exposed to the bomb while eating breakfast at their home. They were crushed under the collapsed house. |
