| 展示説明文（英語） | Bankbook Anonymous donation Approx. 1,380m from the hypocenter Moto-machi (now, Higashi-hakushima-cho) Mr. Mikio Awaya (then, 35), who worked for the Hiroshima Communications Bureau, saw the flash while performing radio exercises at the communications bureau. He immediately lay down on the ground. Due to the bomb blast that occurred almost simultaneously, a large glass shard became stuck in his waist, staining the bankbook in his trouser pocket with blood. |
